Minnie Olivia is a neighborhood wood-fired Neo-Neapolitan Style pizzeria driven by local seasonal ingredients and products, where Southern Italy and The South meet! These experiences culminate into a worldly atmosphere, the perfect local dive. For lunch and dinner, enjoy our wood-fired pizzas, salads, Italian sandwiches, handmade pasta, and an ever-evolving menu of Italian small plates and seasonally-inspired dishes. The name Minnie Olivia Pizzeria was chosen to honor “Minnie Olivia Dodd,” daughter of James Madison Dodd and Sara Ann Dodd. This couple owned and operated the Dodd Hotel and surrounding flower and vegetable gardens, where Minnie Olivia Pizzeria is located, until the 1940s.
